It is divided into 5 parts with 4 cornerstones. The blue center represents conscious compassion, which is being self-empowered. With over twenty years of our combined research in the field of mindfulness and psychology, we have determined these 4 cornerstones to be the most predominant areas in which people have concerns at work and in life. We teach that the red cornerstone represents your body and how to use stress to your advantage, the orange represents your emotion and how to master emotional intelligence, the yellow represents your behavior and how to master leadership development, and the green represents your mind and how to master mental clarity.
